As with the previous animal drawings you can simplify and improve your ability and understanding of drawing the human figure by using matchstick drawing.  This approach acts as a compliment to my previous demos using simple shapes.  Using an oval or circle for the head imagine a line through the centre of each limb and torso.  This will give you a greater understanding of the post, form and movement of the figure / figures.  Practise with the one's I've attached and then expand to your own.
